Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage complex automotive testing programs covering digital, photonics, RF, and analog domains.
- Develop project plans and schedules for testing chips that control hundreds of volts and amps, ensuring rigorous performance and safety standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to address evolving testing requirements for both digital and analog automotive components.
- Serve as the primary liaison with customers and stakeholders, ensuring test strategies align with product specifications and industry standards.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to integrate cutting-edge analog testing techniques into existing workflows.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocations while mitigating risks.
Qualifications:
- Adventest 93k
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Extensive program management experience in the semiconductor or automotive industries, ideally with exposure to analog testing challenges.
- Familiarity with automotive chip testing, including high-voltage/current scenarios and EV component testing.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exceptional customer interaction and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
- Flexibility to work remotely, with potential onsite work in Burlington, VT as required.
