Full Stack Software Engineer
We’re looking for a full-stack software engineer to join a rapidly growing startup poised for nationwide expansion. This is a 100% on-site role located in Austin, TX.
You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to build, test, and maintain features as well as contribute to technical design and prioritize a product roadmap in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will bring a product-driven mindset and lead initiatives focused on high-volume data scalability, applied AI integrations, and robust observability in production environments.

Responsibilities
- Build meaningful features end-to-end from concept to design, code, test, and deployment.
- Own complex, backend-heavy systems that handle large datasets and drive product intelligence.
- Design clean, scalable Postgres schemas and write efficient queries to keep performance predictable.
- Shape technical architecture, contribute to microservice design, API interfaces, and operational runbooks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across frontend, backend, and data layers.
- Collaborate with engineers, product, and design on priorities, trade-offs, and technical direction.
- Raise visibility, strengthen observability through better logging, metrics, and tracing, so issues are obvious and fixes are fast.
- Embrace ambiguity, propose solutions, challenge assumptions, and turn ideas into real, high-impact features.
Requirements
- 5+ years building and delivering robust software solutions
- Strong skills in Typescript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React/Next.js)
- Proficiency in Python and API frameworks (Ruby on Rails knowledge a plus)
- Experience with relational database schema design (e.g., Postgres)
- Familiarity with large language models and text-processing tools
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and CICD pipelines
