MES Support Engineer

New Iron is looking for a skilled individual to join our dynamic team as an MES Support Engineer.

This is an on-site contract position located in Santa Clara, CA.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in MES modeling including object creation and route development and MES functional administration.

Collaborate with us to design, implement, and refine MES solutions that empower our clients to optimize operations and expand their business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance MES models and business flows to support on-site manufacturing
Gather requirements, contribute to project timelines, design specifications, system flow diagrams, and ongoing support.
Provide daily support for MES, including troubleshooting and system maintenance.
Perform some software analysis, troubleshooting shooting and debugging as necessary.

Should Have:

Experience working with MES solutions and/or within the semiconductor industry.
Established background in launching software or services in collaboration with engineering teams, with a high level of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, utilizing mechanisms such as dashboards, APIs, real-time alerts, and more.
Experience in MES configuration, model development, and support.
Proficiency with databases (SQL, Oracle)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and execute user stories.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
