Job Description

Program Manager – Automotive Analog Testing

Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager to lead initiatives in automotive chip testing with a novel focus on analog capabilities.

This role bridges the gap between traditional digital testing and the increasingly important analog aspects found in modern automotive chips, including high-voltage/current testing relevant to electric vehicles (EVs).

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex programs and strong skills in customer and stakeholder engagement, potentially coming from a background at leading semiconductor companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage complex automotive testing programs covering digital, photonics, RF, and analog domains.
  • Develop project plans and schedules for testing chips that control hundreds of volts and amps, ensuring rigorous performance and safety standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to address evolving testing requirements for both digital and analog automotive components.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with customers and stakeholders, ensuring test strategies align with product specifications and industry standards.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to integrate cutting-edge analog testing techniques into existing workflows.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocations while mitigating risks.

Qualifications:

  • Adventest 93k
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Extensive program management experience in the semiconductor or automotive industries, ideally with exposure to analog testing challenges.
  • Familiarity with automotive chip testing, including high-voltage/current scenarios and EV component testing.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional customer interaction and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
  • Flexibility to work remotely, with potential onsite work in Burlington, VT as required.
