Semiconductor Equipment Integration Engineer

New Iron is seeking a talented and driven entry level  Engineer to support the deployment and configuration of semiconductor tools supporting a new manufacturing operation. 

This position focuses on configuring semiconductor equipment and being a liaison between the equipment technical engineers and software engineers.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of front end wafer semiconductor manufacturing, programming experience and an Electrical Engineering degree.

Job function may include:

• Configure Equipment Automation (EA) solutions integrated with factory and business systems for customers.

• Collaborate with Lead Engineer on the configuration and programming of new Semiconductor tools.

• Work closely with software engineers and hardware technicians to ensure consistency across the integration of new tools.

• Develop and deliver training materials and demonstrations for EA applications.

• Perform software installations.

• Respond to customer requests for implementation and integration support.

Should Have: 

• Proficient in programming languages: we are open to a range of languages

• Familiarity with Semiconductor Industry

• Experience as a developer in semiconductor, solar, display, or PCB manufacturing.

• Previous experience working within the Semiconductor industry.
