Job Description

New Iron is seeking a Project Leader to join our manufacturing client on a contract to hire basis. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex IT infrastructure deployments across various teams.
• Lead project execution from planning to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Direct end-user programs, manage budgets, and track performance metrics.
• Foster collaboration and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze risks, recommend solutions, and lead multi-skilled project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years IT infrastructure project management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of servers, storage, networks, and security.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP or CSM/SSM certification would be a plus

Key Technologies:

• Microsoft tools: MS Project, Excel, Word, SharePoint, ADO, ServiceNow etc.
• Manufacturing IT Systems
