We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with a broad technical skill set to dive into the intricate mechanical and software details of setting up advanced semiconductor test systems.

 

Technical skills and acumen are required, but not domain expertise. This is an existing opportunity to learn a new skill set and become part of an innovative test team.

 

This is a contract position onsite in Burlington, Vermont.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain semiconductor test systems, including the Advantest 93,000 series, ensuring proper configuration and functionality.
  • Perform routine testing operations, including functional testing, parametric testing, reliability testing, and wafer-level testing.
  • Utilize various computer applications essential for semiconductor manufacturing, including software used to run the manufacturing system and control the semiconductor test equipment.
  • Conduct basic data analysis using tools such as MATLAB, R programming, or Python to analyze test results and identify abnormalities or issues.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and test failures, implementing solutions to ensure optimal system performance and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of test procedures, results, and equipment maintenance activities. Generate reports as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience working in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with equipment setup and maintenance are desirable.
  • Proficiency in various computer applications used in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and proficiency in MATLAB, R programming, or Python.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This Project Manager will lead the successful implementation of Critical Manufacturing's Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to multiple manufacturing sites.
